Arthur Spriggs, Executive Director of SC Camps and Retreat Ministries
Arthur is the new Executive Director of South Carolina Camps and Retreat Ministries, and he has more than 25 years of non-profit experience in ministry, camping, program & facilities management, and fund development.  He has worked with YMCA's, United Way's, and churches throughout the mid-west and has just recently moved here from Indiana. Arthur is married to his wonderful wife Sheree' and has three kids, two adult children, Matt, Toni, and a daughter finishing high school, Aubree'.  For questions about our statewide ministries, fund development, contributions, or bequest, he can be reached at:

Sarah Kelley, Director of Business Services of SC Camps and Retreat Ministries

Ryan Culby, Director at Asbury Hills Camp and Retreat Center
Ryan has 12 years experience in camp and retreat center leadership. He oversees the program, hospitality and facility components of the ministry. Ryan Moore, Program Coordinator
Ryan Moore has a part of the Asbury Hills summer camp program for the past three summers on staff and also grew up attending Asbury Hills as a camper.  He specializes in retreat support, programming for camps with off-site trips, and helping to recruit an amazing summer staff.  He can be reached at
